We are a seasonal business. Starting September 2nd we will be OPEN Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Gift Shop 9 to 5 unless no last tour at 4:10 then Gift Shop Closed. Our tours will run every hour starting at 9:10. See you soon :-)
The Reality of Mining Iron
The two miners on the right are demonstrating the Double Jack method of drilling used when this mine began in 1870.
The miner at the left is operating a working Water Liner drill which is used today.
